Precision medicine has demonstrated the utility of using -omics technology to improve patient care, most dramatically in the field of oncology. So how do we extend this to the prevention of disease? In this talk, we will discuss how the use of AI, real-time environmental monitoring, and exposomics approaches can extend the insights of precision medicine to the field of environmental health and refocus public health to address both individual and population level outcomes effectively and equitably.
